Monthly Rate
At Ministars we offer competitive rates which are charged at either a daily or half day rate. At Ministars we offer 15 hours a week free government funding to eligible children from 9 months to 2 year olds who’s parents meet the current criteria (please check here for more info). This funding is for 38 weeks of the year, term time only or we can spread the funding over the 49 weeks we are open which will result in a discount off your monthly fee’s.
We also offer 30 hours a week free government funding to 3 and 4 year olds who’s parents meet the current criteria (please check here for more info). This funding is for 38 weeks of the year, term time only or we can spread the funding over the 49 weeks we are open which will result in a discount of your monthly fee’s.
All children are eligible for this funding the term after their 3rd Birthday.

Mini Stars Childcare is open 49 weeks per year, Monday to Friday, excluding all bank and statutory holidays, between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm. The nursery will be closed for three weeks; one week for Christmas and one week during Easter and one week during the month of August.

Funded hours only:
We do offer term time only/funded only places at set hours throughout the day. Please call the nursery to discuss options.
If you do wish to send your child for the 15 or 30 hour entitlement you can pay a consumable charge for your child to have food provided by the nursery. Alternatively you can bring in snacks and lunch for your child as long as it is in line with our healthy eating policy. Please see costs below:
